Colloid Mill
For the colloid mil, the motor will, through belt transmission, drive the rotor and the associated stator to make relatively high speed rotation. Through the weight of the pressure (can be produced by the pump), downward spiral impact force will be produced. When the materials are passing through the interval between stator and rotor, under the physical actions of shearing force, effectively emulsified, dispersed and comminuted so as to achieve the effect of superfine commination and emulsification of materials.
